How to look and feel your best

In this blog I am going to share a few steps that I take every morning, all of which help me look good, therefore, help me feel good.

  1. When I first wake up in the morning I take a quick warm shower, then spend about 10-15 minutes to meditate. Both showering/meditating really helps me set my intentions for the day. It also helps me connect to God/Universe.

  2. Next, I take a few minutes to write down 5 things I am grateful for. This truly helps me to appreciate how blessed I am.

  3. Once I am done with that, I almost always put on very light and natural makeup, paired with a cute casual outfit. I tie my hair into a simple hairstyle. This is what i call "fake it till you make it'.

  4. I go on either walks, or to the gym daily as my next step. Exercising is always the best way to feel good for the rest of the day. This step automatically encourage me to become healthier. This is win-win situation, honestly.

  5. Lastly, I go tidy/clean up my surroundings. Without this step, I do not feel at peace even after the first 4 steps. My mind cannot focus when my surrounding is messy. I love a clean home/office especially with a beautiful candle and soft music.

Most, if not all of these steps really helped me to look and feel better. Working in one area almost always helps with improving another area.
